Chamber Meeting Rooms

Our administrative office offers two meeting room spaces—the National Bank of Commerce Room and the CTC Room for your business trainings, receptions and retreats, and professional events. Both of these rooms are FREE for Chamber Members and local civic organizations to use (certain restrictions apply, see rental contract for details).

CTC Room

High-Tech Launch Pad for Ideas & Innovation

The CTC Room is our largest meeting space. Tables and chairs can easily be configured to fit your meeting and presenting style—classroom, round table, or small group. There’s power availability at each seat location, projection screen, and other high-tech features that will make your meeting not only run smoothly, but also a success.

National Bank of Commerce Room

Creative Think-Tank for Strategic Brilliance

The National Bank of Commerce Room offers an intimate setting for your next meeting or brainstorming session. With a large boardroom-style table and large whiteboard, this space will foster creative and strategic brilliance. The National Bank of Commerce Room also has video conferencing to easily connect with those off-site.
