The Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) was authorized by the American Rescue Plan signed by President Biden on Thurs., March 11, 2021 and includes $28.6 billion in grants to restaurants, bars, and a wide variety of other establishments hard hit by the COVID-19 global pandemic.
