The Chamber Welcome Centers in Brainerd, Crosslake, and Pequot Lakes are the most comprehensive resource for visitor information in the Lakes Area. More than 150,000 tourists visit our Welcome Centers annually requesting information. During peak tourism season, we receive over 1,000 inquiries on area attractions, lodging, dining, and activities. The knowledge we gain from our Exploration Tours not only helps us promote your business, but it also gives us feedback on how we can better help you get the most out of your Chamber membership.

How it works
We are ready to resume our Exploration Tours in 2021! We want to visit your business, learn about any updates you have made, and refresh our staff on everything you offer to visitors. Tours will begin to take place in May, and continue throughout the summer tourism season. Any business who would like us to visit and tour their property will have the opportunity to do so.
