Cass County offers COVID relief grants to businesses and nonprofit organizations

Businesses must be located in Cass County
Through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Cass County is offering $1.2 million in grant funds to assist businesses, nonprofit organizations, and local units of government recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses must be located in Cass County and have been impacted by an executive order. Applications will be accepted from July 7 to December 10, 2021, or until funds are exhausted. Organizations are eligible for the following grant amounts:
- $4,000 for qualified applicants without a dedicated building or facility open to the public for operations
- $6,000 for qualified applicants with a dedicated building or facility open to the public and less than 30 employees
- $8,000 for qualified applicants with a dedicated building or facility open to the public and more than 30 employees
