Enter through the main entrance. Guests will be provided admittance and directions by Crow Wing County Jail staff.

Gather your ‘team’ and join the Crow Wing County Jail as they host Business After Hours on Tuesday, February 14, from 3:30-5:00 PM (please note the earlier time). Guests will gather in one of the empty housing units to enjoy mixing with other Chamber members, delicious appetizers, beverages, and tours of the facility during this free social event! This will be the first public invited event that the Crow Wing County Jail has hosted for several years.

Meet the new Crow Wing County Sheriff, Eric Klang! Learn more about the Jail from Sheriff Klang and Jail Administrator, Heath Fosteson, during their interview with Matt Kilian, Brainerd Lakes Chamber President. Guests are encouraged to stay until the end for a chance to win fabulous prizes provided by the attendees!

Event Timeline

4:30 PM: Networking, appetizers and beverages
5:20 PM: Introductions
5:30 PM: Host interview
5:50 PM: Drawing for door prizes (must be present to win!) 

Special Instructions

The Crow Wing County Jail is a unique location for hosting Business After Hours and will have specific instructions for attendees:

  • Cell phones, pocket knives (or any weapon) are not allowed.
  • Guests will be able to do self-guided tours in the housing unit.
  • Guests can stay after for guided tours of the whole facility.

Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network!
