Waste Partners is a 3rd generation, family-owned garbage and recycling collection company that originated in 2000 by father and son, Gary and Eric Loge. They have a passion for working hard and providing quality service to businesses and residents in the lakes area. The name ‘Waste Partners’ itself, is an indication of the company’s focus which is to form partnerships with their customers, communities they serve and the environment. Their team of 40 employees provide ‘Service beyond expectation’ in all aspects of the business. The 3rd generation of owners, Drey and Jace Loge, have helped grow the business substantially and remain committed to the same vision since 2000.

Eric’s elbow-to-elbow leadership style has aided the Waste Partern’s team in building a strong base of over 15,000 customers in the lakes area, retain a hardworking, courteous, and knowledgeable workforce, and develop a local reputation of being an excellent employer and service provider.
