For more than 100 years, the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce has strengthened the businesses that strengthen our communities. We are Lakes Proud.
WAVE Young Professionals Network is a NEW networking and professional development program for those under age 40 in the Brainerd Lakes Area. This program is organized by the Brainerd Lakes Chamber and is driven by a team of young leaders representing a wide variety of industries across our community.
WAVE Young Professionals Network strives to create a united community of young people who support each other through professional and personal development. WAVE YPN will host monthly, annual, and pop-up events with a range of topics for members to learn and develop new skills while engaging with each other and our community. Mark your calendar for our first Launch Event on Thursday, September 28th!
WAVE YPN welcomes membership from all individuals aged 18-39 who live in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Cost to join is $240 per year, which may be covered by employers as an investment in professional growth. We encourage all young people from our Chamber community to join WAVE and to take advantage of its numerous benefits.
We host monthly, annual, and pop-up events with a wide variety of topics. Dates and times vary to allow our members a variety of options to get involved. Monthly events have an emphasis on professional development while pop-up events are causal get-togethers that include a fun, low (or no) cost activity. Get involved in the Brainerd Lakes Area as a young professional with WAVE!
