Looking for a time-effective workshop to grow as a successful supervisor? Through four interactive sessions packed with tools and techniques, participants will learn the functional skills of effective management and supervision. This program is ideal for newly promoted supervisors as well as those looking to brush up their skills alongside other area businesses. Facilitated by Bruce Miles of Big River Group, the first session will begin on April 6th.
DON’T WAIT TO REGISTER! Cost is $670 per person and is limited to 32 Chamber members. Zoom will be provided if needed. Deadline to register is March 30th (or sooner if the class is filled), and fees include The Leader’s Window book and class materials. Through the support of Anderson Brothers Construction, scholarships (25% discount) are available upon request to very small businesses and nonprofit organizations with fewer than 5 employees.
