DropBox Paper: A collaborative notetaking app for your whole team. If you use DropBox already, this could be a great tool for you! It allows teams to chat in real time while editing a document.
Asana: Project management tool to help your business stay organized when you have a lot of moving parts. You can use it to communicate, share links, stay on top of deadlines, and keep everybody in the loop.
Monday.com: Organization/project management tool that shapes your projects and workflow in minutes.
DropBox: Store and systemize your files so that everything has a home.
Google Drive: Accessible anywhere with Internet, Google Drive is a great collaborative tool to help teams keep documents organized and gives you the ability to work on the same document at the same time.
Zoom: Share your screen, use the break-out room features, private or group chats, or record and share your video if needed with other team members.
Google Hangouts: Great to use with Google contacts (or those outside your network). Screen sharing, video, audio, and messaging conversations, record meetings, and join meetings using Google calendar. Up to 25 participants.
UberConference: Free version limits your calls to 45 minutes and 10 users, but it has all the bells and whistles of the other programs.
